Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right of Withdrawal
Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from:
- Physical goods (vinyl, CDs, apparel, bundles): the day on which you — or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you — take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
- Services: the day the contract is concluded.
How to withdraw
To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:
- Use the "Withdraw from contract" link in the footer of our website (the fastest way), or
- Send us a clear statement by email at [holler@relmccoy.com], or
- Use the model withdrawal form below.
To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund.
For physical goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital products (digital albums, drum packs, Rel Beats, and other downloads) where you have given prior express consent to begin the download/access immediately and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By starting your download, you provide this consent.
- Sealed audio or video recordings (vinyl records and CDs) that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
